Great parking rate and safe to park there, after 5pm only $5 to park. They open late.

Great rate for event parking (only $5 for the night!), and there were attendants onsite. I felt safe leaving my car here.

I came here yesterday at 5 pm. There were two security guards and a parking attendant. It made me feel secure about parking my car. Came to DT Oakland for dinner.

During the holidays, the city of Oakland has made this a five dollar after 5 PM parking lot. It is very safe and very convenient during this special period of time. I parked here on a Saturday night for a concert at Fox Theatre Oakland. the parking lot is open till 3 am on weekends. I saw plenty of extra staff keeping the lot safe. Staff was very helpful and very nice. You have to scan a QR code when you enter and pay with ParkMobile or use a pay machine that’s off to the side. For some reason I was having trouble making it work, but the staff really helped out and made sure that I was able to pay and get parked.

I was very scared to park my car ANYWHERE in Oakland, but I didn't have much of a choice considering I needed to be in downtown until 11pm for a show. This place only charged me $5, and there were several guards on each floor. I parked on the highest level for the best protection and left absolutely nothing inside my vehicle. Worst part about it was the stairs smelled like straight piss.

Seems better now than the impression I got from some older reviews. Went to a show last night, at the Fox theater; it's just $5 on weekends and after 5pm weekdays. Saturday it was open until 3am to get your vehicle. Several staff overall, at least one person at each level (when we arrived) and all polite and helpful. They give you a slip of paper and you use a QR code at the entrance to get to the parking website and enter your credit card details. Left at 11pm with a bunch of other show goers. Car was fine as seemed everyone's we saw. I have an older car and left ABSOLUTELY NOTHING visible in the car except seats and a steering wheel. Downtown Oakland doesn't seem too bad, inner city so gritty and the odd homeless person but not trashed. A few months ago the downtown merchants were hammering the mayor to get problems fixed downtown and I would guess it's working. I'd use it again absolutely.

Had a 8PM show at Fox Theatre today and we showed up at 8:30 and there were still plenty of spots. There was an attendant in the entrance who said she’d be around all night until 2am and said she’s never seen a break in for as long as she’s worked there. Parked in the upper level and saw that they had a security guard standing in the back. When we went back after the show, the attendant wasn’t there but the security guard was. Charged $30 for parking.

Paid upon entry via apple pay. Parked here 7-11pm no break in but was close to entrance. I came for a concert at Fox Theater and asked security if any break ins lately but said none. Walk back after concert wasn’t scary lots of others parked here too. Only have this experience alone so based off this its good for that short bit of time to go to the concert.
